1- Credit card
   You can pay easily and quickly with your credit card, Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover.
   Your credit card and your personal information are secured online. We use the SSL (Secure Sockets Layer)
   considered the highest standard in protection for information transmitted via the internet. Customers living outside the
   United States of America will receive their transaction equivalent amount in their own currency on their credit card
   statement.
   On every page you will find a field that looks like this  Quantity:    where you are able to modify the amount of
   products you want to purchase and then add it to the shopping cart.

   If you want to see what you have already selected or just want to check out, you just have to click on the button
   View Cart/Checkout that is located at the bottom of each page. This will lead you the shopping card and help you
   until you are ready to check out.

2- Wire transfer
   Please contact us by email, phone or letter after you decided on a product, its quantity and delivery method.  
   Choose your payment method, and we will then give you the total amount of your order in your chosen currency (Euro,
   Dollar, Swiss Franc). You will then receive our bank information.
   You can send your payment by bank transfer directly from your bank account to our bank.
   The fee for all international payments in U.S. dollars is $30.00 per transfer for the final purchase price.
   The fee for transfers within the USA in U.S.dollars is $15.00 per transfer for the final purchase price.

   You can send us your payment by wire transfer through your own bank to ours.
   Please follow the indicated instructions:
   We first need an email from you with your name, shipping and billing address, telephone number, email and the
   products you wish to order. We will then calculate the shipping and handling fees for you and send you the total
   amount of your order, including the ABA number of our bank and the account number. You will then give the total,
   the ABA number and our account number to your bank and proceed the wire transfer.
   Please send us an email after a successful transfer, so we know that your payment has been processed.

5- Money via mail in Euro or Dollars
   You can also pay by sending us the counted amount of your purchase (Euros or Dollars) combined with your written
   request (it is mandatory that you provide us your e-mail address).
   If you choose this option you consider the total amount in Dollars (there is no conversion between these two currencies
   thus we use the difference as an administrational banking fee)
   Please insert only counted bills, no coins. It is recommended to send us your payment as registered mail.

6- No C.O.D.
   Sorry, we do not ship any product C.O.D. “Cash On Delivery”.

1- Registered Mail (international delivery)
    $28.95* , (safest and most secure way) - Delivery time is 12 to 15 days minimum.

2- Express Mail (international delivery)
    $38.95* , (safest, most secure way and fastest) - Delivery time is 5 to 10 days.

    * Important: For certain orders, certain products, for certain countries, we reserve the right to recharge several
    transport fees in order to avoid custom seizures.
    We must send certain products separately from each other like for example it is not possible to combine a cream or a
    lotion with tablets or capsules. In these cases and also some other exceptional cases we reserve ourselves the right
    to inquire an additional shipping charge. For customs and financial reasons this is particularly in the sense of the
    customer, especially if it is an international order.

3- Priority Mail (US delivery only)
    $9.95 per order - Delivery time is 3 to 5 days.
    $12.95 per order (Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii- Delivery time is 3 to 5 days.

We guarantee that your order will be shipped the same day we receive your payment! Payments are processed immediately and confirmation of your order sent to you by e-mail within 24 hours of placing your order. (this can be printed on your side and kept as legitimating until you receive your products ). It is mandatory to provide us with your
e-mail so that you will be able to receive your confirmation and in case there are any further questions to be answered. Advance Medical Knowledge and Techniques, Inc.  agrees to hold all information that is communicated to us by our customers and our contacts strictly confidential.

In very rare cases it may not be possible to fulfill all your order requirements and we reserve the right not to accept your offer. If the product/s ordered is/are out of stock, you will be notified by e-mail of the next available delivery (time and day).

We will refund your order (products only) if it has been returned to us unopened and faultless by the postal service.
The amount refunded will consider the value of your order less 25% of administrational and restocking fee.
Shipping charges are not refunded.
