What is Golden Chamomile?
Chrysanthellum Indicum, or Golden Chamomile, is a small sun-loving plant
whose natural habitat is the subtropical mountainous regions of South
America.
Orginally from the New World, in the mid- 19th century the Golden
Chamomile plant was introduced into Africa, where people started to use
it as a remedy in traditional native medicine very quickly.
Considered as one of the plants richest in active components in the
world, its numerous therapeutic properties have earned it the name of
"the cleansing plant" and "the heart plant".
These many therapeutic properties are of obvious interest to the medical
world, but they also have highly significant uses in the cosmetic care
field. That is why Mr.
Bernard Guillot, pharmacist and founder of Sicobel Laboratories, filed a
patent giving Sicobel the right to use the Golden Chamomile plant in our
cosmetic products.
Today Golden Chamomile is used in several of Sicobel Laboratories
products and is also the main active ingredient in the Arubix line.
